Rock Maze

Yoga: 4 sessions per week-60mins


Monday: Strong gentle flow. A slightly easier practice with back to basic instructions.Suitable for all levels beginners+


Wednesday: Strong gentle flow. Suitable for all levels. 


Thursday: Vinyasa flow practice - stronger and slightly faster paced practice. 
 

Saturday: Yin Yang Yoga: Combines dynamic flow and deep yin stretching postures.

  • Improves strength and flexibility

    Joining Instructions:
    Suitable clothes for physical exercise. Yoga mat or a non-slippery rug/carpet. Cushions, big books/blocks are also useful. If you have any physical conditions and are unsure whether yoga is suitable for you, please contact me to enquire.


Mindful Movement: 1 session per week-30mins

 

  • Releases physical & mental tension. 

  • Connects body, mind & breath & brings you into present moment.

  • Improves strength, mobility.

  • Ideal for anyone sat or stood in one position for long periods of time. 

    Joining Instructions: No special clothing needed –recommend comfortable, unrestrictive clothing. If you have any physical conditions and are unsure whether this class is suitable for you, please contact me to enquire.
