Tuesday: Strong gentle flow. Combines strong gentle flow and deep yin stretches. All levels.
Thursday: Strong gentle flow. Combines strong gentle flow and deep yin stretches. All levels.
Saturday: Slightly more gentle practice to ease you into the weekend! Beginners +
