Yoga

3 x 60 min sessions per week

  • Excellent for physical, emotional and mental wellness.

  • Connects body, mind and breath & brings you into the present moment.

  • Improves strength and flexibility


Monday: 45mins - A slightly gentler practice to ease you into the week ahead. Beginners + 

Wednesday & Friday: 60mins - Strong but gentle flow. Combines strong gentle flow and deep yin stretches. All levels. 

Joining Instructions:

Suitable clothes for physical exercise. Yoga mat or a non-slippery rug/carpet. Cushions, big books/blocks are also useful. If you have any physical conditions and are unsure whether yoga is suitable for you, please contact me to enquire

Dance Class

Mindful Movement

1 x 30 min session per week

 

  • Releases physical & mental tension

  • Connects body, mind & breath & brings you into present moment

  • Improves strength, mobility

  • Ideal for anyone sat or stood in one position for long periods of time


Joining Instructions:

No special clothing needed –recommend comfortable, unrestrictive clothing. If you have any physical conditions and are unsure whether this class is suitable for you, please contact me to enquire.

 
Fun at Yoga

Beginner's Yoga Course

6 online sessions- 60mins

 

Discover yoga in a safe, supportive and fun space, building your knowledge from the foundations. Perfect for complete beginners or anyone looking to revisit the fundamentals of a physical yoga practice.

Maximum attendees is 10 to allow greater individual attention, support and focus on alignments and also so we can work at a pace that means you learn sustainably and thoroughly, step by step.
 

The course will build each week, so by the end of the course you will be able to practice a yoga sequence and join a regular weekly class.

Schedule: Saturday 9.30-10.30am 
Next course starts Saturday February 5th.

1-to-1 Yoga Sessions are available from £40 per hour
