Spring Equinox Reset

Join me in Teddington on Sunday March 22nd to welcome the change of seasons with a nourishing  2.5hr mini retreat.

The Spring Equinox marks a powerful turning point — a moment of balance between light and dark, signalling growth, possibility and fresh beginnings.

This 2.5-hour immersive session is designed to help you gently emerge from winter’s heaviness and step forward with clarity, renewed energy and intention.

 

You will be gently guided through a nourishing and thoughtfully structured session, which aligns with the Spring themes of release, renewal, energy & balance.

Meditation
We begin in stillness, grounding ourselves and creating space to transition from the inward energy of winter.

​

Breathing Practices
Intentional breathwork to clear stagnant energy, awaken the body and invite in freshness and light.

​

Intention Setting
A guided opportunity to plant personal “seeds” for the months ahead — aligning with themes of growth, renewal and flourishing.

​

Yang–Yin Yoga
An energising yet balanced sequence moving from gentle activation (yang) into deeper, nourishing holds (yin), supporting strength, openness and release.

Yoga Nidra / Deep Relaxation
A restorative closing practice allowing integration, regeneration and deep rest — helping your intentions take root.

​

Closing Circle
A mindful completion, leaving you feeling lighter, brighter and aligned with the season ahead.

Where: Better Gym Studio - Broad Street, Teddington. 
Investment: £35 - Members £30 
What to bring: Wear comfortable clothing, bring jumper, comfy socks & a small blanket
Other Info: Please leave phones, coats and shoes in the changing room to allow for a clear and calm space.
