Alumni Meditation - Christmas

Service Description

Our next group meditation will have a Seasonal theme - so please feel free to wear a Christmas jumper or hat and bring along a mince pie and some mulled wine! There'll be a meditation and an opportunity for a discussion about possible stress points over the festive season & how Kindfulness can support you during this busy time. For this session there will be a minimum donation of £6 per person, which will be donated to the Crisis homeless charity for Christmas. I feel drawn to this charity this year after a heart-warming and equally heart-breaking encounter with a homeless man in London a few weeks ago.
