Whether you are looking to shake off the final chill of winter or simply want to align yourself with the season’s natural rhythm, this session offers a dedicated space to breathe and begin anew.

Spring is a natural invitation to slow down, reconnect, and observe what is beginning to stir—both in the world around us and within ourselves.

As the days lengthen and the earth warms, there is a palpable sense of energy and possibility in the air. This 75-minute session is designed to help you transition out of the "heaviness" of winter and gently turn your attention toward what you would like to nurture in the months ahead.

What to Expect
This session is a blend of quiet contemplation and community connection. We provide a warm, supportive atmosphere where you can practice alongside like-minded people.

The 75-minute journey includes:

Arrival & Grounding: We begin with a brief exercise to help you settle into the space and leave the busyness of the day behind.

Seasonal Connection: In small, friendly breakout groups, we will explore spring-themed reflection questions to spark insight and connection.

Deep Meditation: A guided practice focused on renewal, presence, and the "inner spring"—identifying the seeds of intention you wish to plant.

Closing & Integration: We conclude with time for personal journaling and an opportunity to share your reflections with the group, should you feel moved to do so.
