​Autumn is a season of transformation — a time to reflect, release what no longer serves us, and make space for new beginnings. 

Join me for a free online mindfulness session where we’ll explore the themes of letting go, renewal, and inner balance, inspired by the natural rhythm of the season.

Together, we will:

🍂  Enjoy a guided mindfulness meditation practice, inspired by the rhythm of autumn
