Half Day Online Meditation  Retreat

On 11th June I'll be running a guided half day silent meditation retreat. An opportunity for time and space, and to reconnect with yourself by taking a few hours to disconnect and go within.

What to expect & the benefits...

This 3.5 hours is a great way to experience a variety of back to back guided meditations in a safe online space. The variety of meditations will consist of seated, lying down, movement and walking and you will be invited to maintain a period of silence as well as to disconnect from your mobile device and other technology during the session. 

 

All the practices will be guided by me, and this retreat will allow you to cultivate a period of both inner and outer silence for yourself, with the silence being one of warmth and nourishment. ​

 

At the end of the retreat you will have the opportunity to share your experience with other participants in small groups and also with the wider group if you choose to. This really helps to cultivate a sense of community and unique yet shared experience. 
 

There are many benefits of longer periods of meditation in silence - here are just a few:
