Join me for a soulful weekend retreat of Kindfulness - nestled in a rustic countryside haven, just outside the magical village of Glastonbury. One of my big dreams and goals is to start hosting regular Kindfulness retreats, with the vision of creating in-person community events with Kindfulness at the core. ​ The theme of our time together: Kindfulness. A gentle blend of Mindfulness, Kindness, and Gratitude—woven through nourishing practices and soulful connection. This retreat is about more than slowing down. It's a chance to truly reconnect—with yourself, with nature, and with a like-hearted community.
