Service Description
The Compassionate Mindful Resilience Course is built from the recognition that to help us navigate the world, we need to strengthen our levels of mindfulness AND compassion to build resilience. The course is very helpful for anyone looking for tools and techniques to quieten their inner critic, reduce chattering and negative thoughts and to support overall wellbeing and build resilience. This helps you to help yourself, so you’re better equipped to help others. During the course you’ll learn and practise a series of short and practical mindful compassion techniques and meditations - these are all about 10mins long, so designed to fit into even the busiest of lives.
