Yoga Classes:

Monday: Strong gentle flow. A slightly easier practice with back to basic instructions. Suitable for all levels from beginners+ Wednesday: Strong gentle flow. Suitable for all levels. Thursday: Vinyasa flow practice - stronger and slightly faster paced practice. Saturday: Yin Yang Yoga: Combines dynamic flow and yin deep stretching postures. I look forward to seeing you soon!
