Here it is! 🀩 The weekly yoga & meditation schedule! πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ’–πŸ™πŸ» To sign up for any class and join the mailing list, please send an email to and I’ll send you the zoom codes for all the classes. You can then add them to your calendar and join me online for the sessions that work best for you! Also subscribe to my website mailing list for all future events. πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ’–πŸ™πŸ» Yoga classes are 1hr and suitable for all levels. There is also a beginners class on Saturdays for those of you new to yoga, or wanting to focus on building the foundations of your practice. πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ’–πŸ™πŸ» Meditation classes are 30mins, including discussion time πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ’–πŸ™πŸ» Yin-Yang Yoga class on Friday is 75mins and will be a gentle flow, finishing with some yin postures and a relaxing meditation. πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ’–πŸ™πŸ» I’ll see you in my living room!
