I offer workshops, courses and yoga and meditation classes within corporate businesses, educational settings, festivals and retreats, as well as running weekly group yoga and meditation classes outside of the corporate environment. . (Currently all online).

My workshops offer a practical introduction to Kindfulness, with options to delve further into topics such as; Kindfulness for everyday wellbeing, Kindful communication, Compassionate self-care for resilience, Kindful parenting, Kindfulness for Kids, Kindfulness in education, Managing stress, Kindfulness in the workplace and more.
The sessions are informative, interactive and engaging and include discussions, practical activities, and meditations, as well as a summary of the scientific research that supports it.
Sessions are tailored to the specific needs of the business and the time available, as necessary.
